 All picnics should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance, however for event décor services please allow 4 weeks for planning to ensure your event go as smooth as possible. 

You can choose from one of our recommended locations or contact us to collaborate on a special location. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.

No, we leave after everything is set up and you have arrived. We will return once your picnic reservation ends. Please inform our event staff if you would like a short reveal video and group picture before we leave location. All videos and pictures will be sent via text.  

No, we do not provide food. However, you are allowed and encouraged to bring your own.

Add on's for some packages do include flat and or sparkling water, wine and charcuterie boards per request and availability. 

If you need to leave earlier than the expected time frame, please contact us by phone or text at least 30 minutes in advance, we will return asap. However you are responsible for the picnic until we arrive.

If the weather is inclement on the day of your picnic, please contact us to discuss alternative dates or locations. Also refer to our terms + conditions for rescheduling information.

No. That’s where the ease of booking with us is a luxury we handle all set up and clean up for your convenience.
